    Hello,

As the issue is about the license, make sure you added the correct license key. The license key you got while purchasing the theme from the theme palace is the one you need to add.

Actually, all our premium themes come with an initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access until 1 year of purchase date.

Regarding your query, the issue might have raised due to the expiration of the license of the theme. So, please make sure that the license has not been expired.

If everything is fine regarding the license, then can you please provide us with a specific screenshot of the error message, you are facing while updating the theme to the latest version?

    Hope this helps.

If you have further queries, let us know.

    Thank you.

The licence key is correct and has been checked several times, the theme hasn’t expired yet, it is due on the 13 February 2020. It has occurred when I updated the theme.

Before sending a screen shot the issue the API does not activate.

I would you like a screen shot sent through the email I have received?

We are experiencing the same issue after the last theme update.

    Error message on Dashboard:

“Education Hub Pro Child License Key has not been activated, so the theme is inactive. Click here to activate the license key and the theme. Get API key from Theme Palace.”

Checking the Theme License is says status is unknown with the correct license key. I click activate license, the page refreshes, but the license is still listed as unknown.

I experience the same problem –

Restaurantz Pro License Key has not been activated, so the theme is inactive. Click here to activate the license key and the theme. Get API key from Theme Palace.

I got it from the link but still the message does not change

sorry, just found it – it was registered under a different URL – so now I updated the correct URL in my Theme Palace account and it worked !

I think my trouble might be there was the original license connected to the theme, and that rather than renewing, I purchased a new license in September of 2019. Which worked fine until the December 24 update to 3.1.2. So today I renewed the original license hoping that would fix the issue. Sadly it did not. So now I have two licenses, two active keys, and neither one works. Also, I noticed that the installed theme is not up to date, but since the license cannot be activated, there is no update option.
