Hi!
How can we make the site icon go to a different link than the site title? We are a library within a college and the logo needs to go to the college URL and the site title to the library (the site URL).

Currently, there is no such feature to customize logo link and to make to link to the page as you want requires code customization.
So if you require then you can hire a developer to link your logo as you wish.
