Is there a Log In plugin that works with the Education Hub Pro theme?

As much as we would like to help you, the theme is not tested with any third party plugins as a result we are unable to tell which plugin works best with the theme.
You will find many plugins that will fulfill your need, so you can install the one by checking Compatible up to,Last Updated, Active Installs, etc to find the best one.
You can also check the Reviews for the best one.So, the conclusion is you can install any plugin you want but it is not guaranteed that it will work 100% fine. It may work or it mayn’t work. But most probably the plugins works fine except some exceptional cases.
