For some time now, clicking on the menu button on my site, from mobile, the menu no longer opens.
On desktop run correctly and if I look in the settings of the site, it seems all ok but on mobile nothing.
I asked to wordpress support, but they tell me to ask to you.
Is a bug of the theme?
Could you help me solve the problem?
Otherwise I’ll have to change the theme of my blog.

Thanks for the URL, I don’t know how but I find some of the files are missing in the theme – I didn’t find the custom.js file
Did you edit the theme code? If yes could you please share wp-admin login details through https://themepalace.com/contact-us/
Or Can you please reinstall the fresh one?

First, you need to delete the currently installed Mega Blog theme. Then download the fresh one from https://wordpress.org/themes/mega-blog/ and upload the theme

I think there is an issue with your site. I guess that is one plugin causing this issue. I see there are no js and css files loaded properly on your site.

Can you please deactivate all the plugins except for the recommended ones and verify still mobile menu button is not working? There is no such issue in the theme, as you can see in the demo Mega blog it is working all fine.

ElisabettaHi @PSINK, i’m using the mega blog theme. So currently for the menu bar in the mobile version is only seen as three lines (user need to click it so that the menu options come out).
Is it possible to just have the menu without the dropdown just like in the desktop version even though is smaller maybe? Cause i think for some people they’re not aware about the menu if it’s only three lines.
