I’m looking to turn the Menu hamburger into a menu bar with the page names in a row on the right. The Signify Theme example UI exhibits this but for some reason, I can’t find where I can do it for myself.

psinkMy menu works but the burger icon has disappeared. It is now displayed as an outlined box a X through it, almost like a missing image file on a webpage. Can you please help? my site is http://www.martinlloyd.com. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
