How do we display all six items in the Primary menu? It is only displaying 5 currently and not in the order that they are set in at the Dashboard. Also, the Drop downs from the Shop link are not displaying.

Make sure you have followed these instruction.
1. From Customize section, go to Menus and inside it you will find Menu Locations.
2. Here you can, select the menu for Primary Menu. Primary menu appears as a main menu in header section. If this does not work, please paste the screenshot or share us a site URL so that we could provide possible solution in your context.

February 7, 2017 at 6:15 pm #31322bfausett21ParticipantWe only have 5 menu items now as we deleted one and as far as the drop down menus, there are currently only two, soon to be three. The problem is that they do not display if I move them one position from the left. Also, I have sent you a login for the site
February 8, 2017 at 1:23 am #31365wensolutionsKeymasterHello @bfausett21,
As we have inspected your issue from the access you have provided, it is found that the current issue in the menu section is due to the conflict with third party plugin i.e. Ecwid Shopping Cart.
Also to remind you, our them suggest the Woo Commerce plugin for the store front .
So it is therefore requested to you to use the Woo Commerce plugin for store front .
Hope you Understand .
If you need any help further ,post them and we will assist you further.
Best Regards!!
February 9, 2017 at 3:26 pm #31549bfausett21ParticipantAgain with the Woocommerce, we would prefer not to go back to a plugin that did not work as desired. So what I am getting from these interactions is that we may have to look into a theme which is a better fit without all the conflicts.
February 10, 2017 at 1:05 am #31604wensolutionsKeymasterHello @bfausett21,
We apologize for the inconvenience but as we have also mentioned earlier, the Clean Commerce Pro theme has integrated compatibility and recommends the use of WooCommerce plugin for the shopfront.
Also, it is not possible for a theme to test and support compatibility for all third-party plugins.
If you decide to use woocommerce plugin for the shopfront we can help you if you are having any issues, however compatibility fixes for the third party plugins ( like Ecwid Shopping cart ) is beyond the scope of this support forum.
You can also choose to hire a professional customizer to work on the compatibility issues with advanced code customization. To hire a customizer, please go through the link here :

Hope you would understand,
Best Regards !!
