No drop down on main category -> sub-category.
They are all expanded, so it creates quite alot of scrolling (plus looks messy.)
Tried using 5 difference mobile responsive menu plugins to no luck. They seem to cause a bunch of other issues.
Any custom CSS I can put in to fix this?

To show all the drop-down item in menu in responsive view is design of theme itself .
And as much as we would like to help you we are not able to as, the theme doesn’t support this customization and this is beyond the support offered for our products.
