I have a paid subscription for the theme and have been working on the site. I have it looking good, but the mobile version is defaulting back to the old theme, before I upgraded to this one.
How do I get the mobile part updated and clear out the old one?

When we check the theme in the responsive view, it is working absolutely fine as you can see in the demo as well.

The issue may be related to the cache so please clear the cache and check. Also if you have installed any third party plugin then please deactivate them.
If this does not resolve the issue then please provide your site URL so that we can inspect the issue further and help you.
