HI, I’m having trouble with my website on mobile devices.
http://www.nucaveconstruction.com
The menu doesn’t show up and the pictures are all messed up. I’ve tried many things to no avail.
Any help is appreciated. Thank You!
July 27, 2016 at 1:50 am #13776wensolutionsKeymasterAs far as we have checked this theme locally and it works all fine.
However the functionality is not checked with any third party plugins.
So, if you have installed any third party plugins then please try disabling them one by one and check you site if the issue is fixed. If the issue is fixed you will know the exact plugin that have created the issue.
But if the issue still continues then kindly let us know.Regards!!!
July 30, 2016 at 1:46 am #14056ryanbitParticipantWell I’m pretty sure it’s the custom css plugin. I probably have some custom css in there somewhere that is preventing my mobile experience from happening. The worst part is that I don’t know where to start looking for the problem… 🙁
July 30, 2016 at 11:54 pm #14125wensolutionsKeymasterHello @ryanbit
If your problem is solved by deactivating the plugin then you may deactivate the plugin and run your site.
But if you don’t want to deactivate the plugin then remove the CSS that you have added one by one to check the site runs without error you will know the CSS that is creating this issue.
You will find the added custom CSS some where in plugin settings.Hope this will help you.
Let us know if any confusion.

I decided to start with a fresh child theme to avoid problems. But there’s still a problem.
All I changed in the child theme is the orange color throughout. And it changes the color alright, but my mobile menu disappears for some reason when I save the child theme.
I’ve updated to the new version of wen associate and tried uploading the css under the customize section but thats not working either. Please help, THanks

As far as we have inspected your site it is seem that menu in mobile version is working well, and your child theme is not activated as well.
Can you please activate your child theme so that we can further study your issue.Regards!!!
August 2, 2016 at 1:41 am #14272ryanbitParticipantThanks, I activated it. Everything is still orange though. and the mobile menu still isnt working.
August 2, 2016 at 4:06 am #14288wensolutionsKeymasterHello @ryanbit
We would like to know that if you deactivate the plugin, does the mobile menu shows up or the mobile menu doesn’t show up by deactivating the plugin as well.
Hope you understand.
Regards!!!
August 2, 2016 at 7:07 am #14297wensolutionsKeymasterHello @ryanbit
As far as we have inspected your site it is seen that you have used simple CSS plugin and pasted a lot of CSS there.
The particular code as shown below have resulted in not displaying the mobile menu:
So the solution would be either you need to remove the bit of code shown below or you need to deactivate the simple CSS plugin that you have activated. It is better to deactivate the plugin because that theme itself provides the option to write Custom CSS for the site for simple modification.
#mobile-trigger{ display: none;}
Hope this will make you clear.
Let us know if any further confusion.Best Regards!!!
August 2, 2016 at 9:23 pm #14340ryanbitParticipantThanks for taking a look. I was able to fix my mobile menu by changing “display:” to “block”.
What is the best way to change all the orange colors to the blue I want to use?
August 2, 2016 at 11:58 pm #14344wensolutionsKeymasterHello @ryanbit
Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t support this customization and, as much as we would love to help with some custom code, this is beyond the support offered for our products, which consists of bug fixing and theme documentation.
However you can achieve the option for color customization if you wish to buy the pro version of this theme.
Furthermore you will find more additional awesome feature in pro version of the theme.
You can check the pro version of the theme here:
http://themepalace.com/downloads/wen-associate-pro/However if you don’t want to go for pro version the you always have option for hiring a customizer for you particular need. You just need to fill up to form here:
themepalace.com/hire-a-customizer
to hire a customizer.Hope this will help you.
Regards!!!!
