Help me please
How can I define a uniform size with news-post-img similar to recent-events-img and it does not matter if the image is cut out like recent-events-img?

The news post section will display the images by cropping to a certain size to make all the image display in uniform size.

Wehn we inspected your site URl we found that the image sizes are small in new section.
So please once try uploading the image of the size 360*240 for the news section. Also, do not forget to regenerate the thumbnail by using the regenerating plugin given below:
