Hello,
Regarding your query, you can add text as per your requirement. The text you add in the subtitle section will appear in the section. You can add text following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widget > Front Page Widgets area and add RB: Features. You can refer to the below-given screenshot to be more clear.
