I get the message in W:
WEN Associate Pro License Key has not been activated, so the theme is inactive. Click here to activate the license key and the theme. Get API key from Theme Palace.
and:
Your theme (WEN Associate Pro) contains outdated copies of a number of WooCommerce template files.So, what can i do about it?
My shop must be safe for my customers.

For your information, the coding of our themes is done following the WordPress standards. The templates in the theme file will have no effect on the security of your site.
So you can activate the license and begin to construct the theme. If you encounter any issue relatedt ro the theme while setting up the theme then kindly let us know.

I bought the theme two years ago (maybe longer?).
But now i get this message.I get that i must pay again? for the pro version but what i don’t get is the message:

I have WooCommerce so my concern is that my website is not safe anymore.

Your subscription for WEN Associate Pro is definitely old and already expired.
Therefore, you need to repurchase the theme to acquire new license and validity of next 1 Year.
Now regarding WooCommerce message, the WooCommerce templates that are supported are no more compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce plugin itself. Hence this message or concern will also get address once you update the theme.
