I recently updated PHP to the most recent version. This seems to have caused the loss of my login display. Instead of login prompts, I have the following error message:
[ultimatemember form_id=100]
I suspect that this is associated with the used plugin (Ninja Forms?). How do I recover the login prompts?

Actually, the query is not quite related to the theme so we are unable to help you with this.
