Please do have section on changelog of themes on your website and in the description of the themes, for the time being, please let me know what are the changes in version 2.7, and one more issue I never get an update about the new version release nor my theme is auto updated

Please Make sure your theme license has not expire . If your license is expired then you wont be getting any updates of the theme and you have to renew your license .
Also you can find the latest update of the theme in Dashboard > Updates . From here you will find the latest update of the theme .
The change log of version 2.7 are:
* Fix bbPress compatibility
* Minor bug fixesHope this clears up .
