Following the theme instruction i couldn’t find enough details to create the Portfolio section (section 9).
The existing instruction says:
“Portfolio Section:This section is setup from widget.So you need to go to Admin Panel / Appearance / Customize / Widget / Front Page Widgets area .”i can’t find a widget called cb:portfolio or something like it (plz advise)

To set up the portfolio section you have to activate the Project Plugin by Woo Themes which is recommended by the theme itself.
After activating the required plugin you see the project menu tab in the Admin Panel As shown in the screenshot below.

Then you have to go to Project menu and the create the projects.
Finally, go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widget > Front Page widget area and place the widget CB: Portfolio .

if you mean that this plugin should be installed bu inactive … it is not
if i should install it please advise how ( i tried to seach for it using add new but couldn’t find it)

i could do it , there was a link in the main dashboard saying that the theme is recommending this plugin

Yes, the theme recommends the plugin and it is displayed in recommended section in the dashboard .
