For some reason, the Primary menu on our site is not displaying the page names properly. We are stumped as to why this is happening.

When we inspected your site URL, we could not spot the actual issue. Can you please specify the menus along with the kind of issue that you are facing ?
Also, if you are referring to the order of the menus, you can arrange the order by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus
