wanted to make a multilingual site to do this, I downloaded the “TranslatePress” plugin and installed 2 languages: Russian and English, when I switch to another language, the place of data publication comes out such characters

Actually, the issue has raised due to incompatibility of theme you have used with ‘TranslatePress’ plugin. So, we would like to suggest you to use WPML plugin for translation purpose to get rid of such issue.
