Disregard my previous message, we found a workaround.

We are having trouble with the footer image. It doesn’t seem to display correctly no matter what dimensions we use, and it further appears to display differently when previewing desktop, mobile, and tablet versions. Can you provide the exact dimensions needed for the footer image to ensure it isn’t cut off or displayed incorrectly on any version (desktop, mobile, tablet)?

    Hello @toroblanco,

The required dimension for the image in the footer section is mentioned in the customizer itself as you can see in the screenshot below:

    https://prnt.sc/ti7udp

So please upload the image according to the recommended size.

Also, in the mobile and tablet version, the image will be cropped to adjust to the respective screen.

    Hope this clears the confusion.

    Thank you and stay safe.

Hi, there still seems to be an issue with this. We used a foot image with the exact dimensions required, but it still is not showing up correctly when we load the full site. Please see the below image for an example:

Also, I’m not sure if there’s an update I missed, but there is no “footer section” in the free theme customization menus.

    Hello @toroblanco,

We would like to apologize for the delay in response.

Regarding your query, the issue has raised due to the image that you have added. The main logo “Image” is at the bottom so the issue appears.

So please once change the image and verify.

    Thank you.
