I am using categories as the menu (recipes) and tags as shown correctly in the tag cloud, However, not all the tags return a result when using the search bar, suggestions please.

Tags not being picke up include “beef” “pork” “asian” “cocktails” etc. If chosen from the tag cloud they work perfectly and return the correct search results. Very confused here, I have used plug-ins to try to resolve but no joy so reverted to a standard install using stock but it still isn’t working.
