First of all thanks for your Education Hub Theme which I am using since a long time for my education blog.
I have a query regarding comments as i am getting a lot of comments and i have enable threaded comments on my pages to improve page load time.
My query is I want to show 10 comments on first page and rest on other pages. Like if i have 110 comments then i want to show 10 comments on first page while 50 comments on 2nd and 50 comments on 3rd page.
How can it be possible. Hope i will get resolution from your side.

Regarding your query, you can manage to show comments from the WordPress settings following the path Admin Panel > Settings > Discussion as shown in the screenshot below:

Already did you mentioned above but the things is it is showing 50 comments on the main post which increase the page load time. So i want to show only 10 comments on main post page and 50 comments on other pages.
Is there any solution of it.

If you want to display 10 comments in main post page then you have to add 10 instead of 50 and check the option ‘Break comments into pages with’ by going to Admin Panel > Settings > Discussion as shown in screenshot below:
