Hi,I renewed my license a few weeks ago but my site is “inactive.” I cannot update. When I click the “activate license” button the page reloads and the site remains inactive.

@PRISCILLALONG93, It was showing active on the site rbswp.azurewebsites.net/ and we have just removed that test site. Now, you can login to your site and active the license key on the site and update the theme.
Thank you! That worked. I am also trying to activate it on another test site in progress. This site will still not activate.
I bought the theme (in 2022) because the “terms & conditions” state that I can use it on as many sites as I want. “You may use your purchased theme on as many websites as you want.” Your Terms & conditions still say this. I would never have purchased it otherwise.

Yes, you can use the theme on as many sites as you like. The theme will run smoothly without a license too. But you can use the license only on one main site to get every theme update.
