Hello,
I didn’t realize that I should have deactivated the theme from the staging site, and then re-activate when I moved the site to a live status. Now my theme is inactive, but I cannot access the staging site to deactivate the theme. How can I accomplish this? Our site is: http://thelearningcommunity.com/site

@learningcommunity, we assume you want to use the License Key on the live site now which was previously activated in the staging site.
If this is the case, you can email us with your purchased Order #ID at info[at]themepalace.com to reset the activation URL .
