I created 4 posts for special dishes, but cannot get them to appear in the Special Dishes section.
How do you choose them so they show up in the widget Or get it too cooordinate?
correction I created 4 dishes in menu items but still cannot get them to appear in special dish section.
Any reason why?

When we checked the theme locally the Special Items Section is working absolutely fine .

https://image.prntscr.com/image/kdybuQKUR36nzTNU0EXYbg.pngTo make the section work you have to go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Homepage Sections > Special Items Section and enable the sections . Then add the IDs of the posts that you have created to display in this section in Input IDs field .
If the above steps does not help then please post your site URL so that we could inspect further .

I looked I have
Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings
but no “homepage sections” or “Special Items Section”site is mstableandbar.com

Actually the correct location is not the one you mentioned , Please look carefully , the correct path is Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Homepage Sections > Special Items Section . Its Home page section not Homepage Settings. Hopefully this will clear the info .
And yes the IDs of Posts should be placed in Input IDs field .You can include more no of ID by separating with comma .
