Is there a way to modify the scrolling speed of the Testimonial Section? I have complaints that it scrolls by too fast.

To modify the scrolling speed of the testimonial section you need to activate the child theme.
To know how to create and activate the child theme please refer to below given link:

After activating the child theme in your child theme functions.php please add below given code.
