October 30, 2017 at 2:14 am #56959wensolutionsKeymasterHello @ctenoriosailormen-com,
As for the LMS plugin, you can use LMS plugin but we cannot assure its 100% compatibility with the theme as we have not done any compatibility testing of the plugin with the theme .
The WooCommerce plugin is not required to install if you do not require it . It is just the plugin that is recommended by the theme but its your choice whether you want to use the feature from that plugin or not . You do not need to activate if you do not want to use the plugin.
Also please mention the features that is not showing up .
As for the word Free please send us the screen shot marking the issue so that we could help you on this .
Hope this helps.
Best Regards!!

I’ve purchased your edu care pro theme a couple of day ago. And I get confused when customizing it in order to get to the demo appearance after reading carefully your whole instruction. I need you to guide me step by step. My facebook account is https://www.facebook.com/Tomorrow.GanzBesonderes. Email: duongdonghai@gmail.com
Thanks a lot
October 31, 2017 at 7:17 am #57071wensolutionsKeymasterHello @donghaino1,
Thank you very much for buying the pro version .
Initially after activating the theme , the theme will list the recent post so you need to manage the front page display by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page and set Front page displays to A static page. After that select the page for Front page and post page more preferably home page and blog page respectively .

November 1, 2017 at 3:32 am #57142Bay Duong VanParticipantI’m now stucking in setting up those three square button. My site’s appearance can only have 1 button… I meant the group of 3 button on your demo site.
By the way how can I change the category namely “uncategorized” by default?November 1, 2017 at 3:35 am #57143Bay Duong VanParticipantI cant change those “hello world” appearance and site!
November 1, 2017 at 4:11 am #57145wensolutionsKeymasterHello @donghaino1,
Those three square buttons are managed from Feature Post section .
So for this you have to go to Admin Panel > Appearance >customize > Theme Options > featured posts and select the category that you like or have created to display in this section .
As for the uncategorized option , when you create the post and did not assign to any category by default the post will be categorized as uncategorized .
Also you are only getting one box because you have selected that category where there is only one post assigned .
To be more specific first of all create the category as you wish eg : fruits by going to Admin panel > Posts > Categories . Then create the post that you want to display in this section one by one ad assign them to the category you have created .

Finally go to Admin Panel > Appearance >customize > Theme Options > featured posts and select that category in the option Featured post.

November 1, 2017 at 4:16 am #57146wensolutionsKeymasterHello @donghaino1,
The “Hello World” post in WordPress is actually just a simple dummy post content set by the WordPress as a placeholder post content upon initial installation.
Post installation and initial setup you can simply trash the posts and start creating your own posts for your website from Admin Dashboard > posts.
And you need to activate each section by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme options.
Thank you !!
Best Regards!!
November 3, 2017 at 4:31 am #57279Bay Duong VanParticipantI dont know how to customize the “font awesome icon” feature within the theme. Can you help me with this?
November 3, 2017 at 5:55 am #57282wensolutionsKeymasterHello @donghaino1,
To customize the font awesome for Feature Post section go to Admin Panel > Appearance >customize > Theme Options > featured posts . There you will find Font awesome icon 1,2,3 field where you can enter the font awesome icon .
Enter the icon of your choice, to be precise enter the icon which suits your post .
You can refer to below link to get the font awesome classes .

December 13, 2017 at 4:04 am #60544Ibr HashemParticipanthello dear, i have purchased edu care pro, activated and installed it properly along with woocommerce but when i come to customize it shows its this message ( This page isn’t working )
please help me out here is my emailazharinet1@gmail.com
thanksDecember 13, 2017 at 7:29 am #60562wensolutionsKeymasterHello @hemo1234,
While we have tested the Edu Care Pro theme with the Woocommerce theme on our side, no such issues were seen.
To debug the issue further, please check by deactivating any other third third-party plugins ( if you have installed any currently ) one by one and check to see if the issue is resolved.
You can also check for any error/notices in your website by setting WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file.
if the issue is not resolved by the steps above, please provide us your Website URL along with the screenshot of the issue so that we can debug the issue further and provide some precise fix.
Best Regards !!
