thank you for your reply, i have deactivated all the plugins one by one but still the issue is up, however i am unable to reach “wp-config.php” to make it true, in addition to that i have tried installing the theme in another site but still the issue is same,
i can’t even access ( customize, header, background and more form appearance menu ) which makes me really sad,here is my website http://www.azharieng.com

When we inspected your site URL we found that you have set “Your homepage displays” to “Your latest posts“.
After activation by default, your will see the list of posts on home page. You can change homepage into the structure as shown in Demo Page. For that, you need to setup Homepage Setting at first.
To set a Homepage Settings you need to have a page which can be set as static front page. Just go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Homepage setting and choose A static page in Homepage Settings option . Then finally assign the pages for Homepage and Blog page.

as i told you i can’t access further from appearance menu, after reaching appearance menu and hit Customize it shows this message ” This page isn’t working

Until and unless we know the exact error we cannot do anything further.
So list the issue by enabling WP_DEBUG: true in the wp-config file.
For your information, You cannot access the file from the backend. You have to use FTP to access the file to make the change.
Setting it true will list the error and please send us those errors so that we could inspect further.

yes i have Changed it form FTP and i hit customize it shows this error ” Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in /home/azharieng/public_html/wp-content/themes/edu-care-pro/inc/customizer/sanitize.php on line 163 ”

The issue is because if you have less PHP version. This won’t generates the error after the PHP version 5.5 .
So please update your version to the latest or greater than 5.5 to resolve the issue.
Also, you should always have the latest versions of everything you use as recommended by the WordPress itself.
