I purchased University Hub Pro and after installing theme the page is doesn’t look like demo layout. i have follow the theme instructions but i can’t setting like that.

For the slider section go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider . Here you will find two options to manage the slider section .
For the Theme layout go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout options.
Similarly for the News and events sections go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Homepage Sections > News and Events. Here you will able to manage the news and events section.
Also for any difficulty in setting up the theme you can always refer to the theme official documentation.
And if you are still having the problem with other sections, you can mention theme and we will help you.
Also it would be better if you share your site URL so that we could properly monitor your setting.

I downloaded the free version and lately I decided to purchase the theme because I liked it. But this sample page http://demo.evisionthemes.com/clean-business I do not see in my purchase version for me to make the changes own my on page in wordpress. I tried also to go to STATIC page and set it to HOME but the sample that I got is this one http://demo.evisionthemes.com/clean-business/category/latest-news/ I would like to have the FRONT PAGE like the one described in this link http://demo.evisionthemes.com/clean-business for me to put some slides. Please can you help me?

First of all let me remind you that, you have to create your own ticket and post your thread under the respective theme so that it will be more easy to track down your issue .
And we supposed you have purchased Expedition pro, for this the images that are used in the demo version of the theme is bundled within the theme so you can use them to set your sections as shown in the demo version.
While setting up the sections of the theme you can always refer to theme official documentation given below:

But if you have any problem while setting up any section then you can post them mentioning the section you are having problem with.

From the site URl you have provided, we found that you have set Front page display to “Your latest posts” .
So please once go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page and set the Front page displays to “Static page”. Then assign the pages for the front page and post pages.
