I have just bought Education Hub Pro. It seems to be working OK but I keep getting a message on my WP Dashboard saying I haven’t authorised it. I’ve entered the API into the field as instructed on the Theme Licence page in Appearance section but when I activate the licence it says – License status is unknown.
I have added the site on My Account here.
Any advise?Many thanks,

Regarding API License key update issue you can specifically email our support team directly by filling up the form here http://themepalace.com/update-key-support/ mentioning your site URL and WP admin details.
Our support team will verify your API key, site URL and current issue in your admin panel and response you back with solution.

Hi, I bought Education Hub pro and would like to know why the licence expires in one year; I thought I had bought the theme and that was that, no need to keep purchasing anything.
