    I bought these theme. It is over 24 hrs now I have not receive any file to upload to my site. I dont know how you guys operate I have send and email please check it out.

    Good day

    When I activate the plugin in my header menu’s appear as stacked on the home page instead of a slider?

    I have a video for reference if this will help?

    Once updating the version to 4.0 I can no longer include trip short summaries. Please advise where within the trips i can access this field?

    Hello,

    Regarding your query, about the trip summaries, you can add content in the excerpt as shown in the screenshot below in the trip edit page following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS which will be displayed in the trip page.

    Also, regarding your query about the slider, please provide us with your site URL so that we can inspect it in detail. And please provide the screenshot of the action where you found the issue.

    Also, have you resolved the issue regarding the trip summary issue? As you have to follow the path Admin Panel > Trips > Individual trip (edited).

    Hello.

    I have mailed you again. The issue with the stacked home page banner is not resolved. I have deactivated the pro-version which is why it does not currently look like there is a problem, but iI will reactivate it so you are able to see the issues.

    Please review this urgently to ensure any vistors to the site are not out off by this issue 🙂

    Hello.

    Please advise how the additional addons work once the pro version is activated. I have enabled them on the WP tab, for example, mailchimp and here maps, but the add on is not visible within my plugins.

    Please advise?
