I have clean corporate on several sites. The top edit menu on just one site has disappeared.
The path:
Enter the site with /wp-admin
at the dashboard, click visit site.
The top edit menu should show a black bar across the very top, should have a menu:
site name, customize,,, edit,, delete cache,, insights, etc
which appears above the search icon.
It’s not there.

When we inspected your site URL. we found that you have not assigned any menu in the Top header so we cannot see any item in the top header.
So, please make sure to assign the menu item in the top header menu.
Also, please check the third-party plugin conflict as well as it may have caused the issue.

It wasn’t a menu, it was the admin bar. I called my host provider and they upgraded the PHP and that fixed it. It appears that the eStore plugin is wonky.. Waiting for help there.
