The instructions show that there is a top menu option, however I am only shown, left, right, and footer. How do add the pages to the top such as home, blog, environment, etc.?

Actually, the left and right menus are the menu that will display on top of the page. Upon selecting the menus to display on the right side, the menus will show up in the right side of the logo and vice versa.
