No email is received when a client wants to send a request for a form tour. We have already checked everything that is possible. They indicated their mail everywhere as a recipient, requests still do not come. They even checked the spam folder.

Could you please try sending the tour request via a form that popups when you click on the tour request button? According to the plugin author, it should work fine.

I found in your forum that this issue was already reported. We have been facing this terrible glitch in the Travel Master theme since the beginning of this year.. if not earlier! Creating incredible issues with the clients who expected the ‘trip request’ was received awaiting a response from us. Unfortunately, after the guests click on “Submit Enquiry” … this is going nowhere. It’s not received in the respective “Enquiries” folder that WP Travel structure gives for this purpose. The Trip Enquiries filled in the form the theme provides are lost.
I have been in contact with WP Travel support several times. They insisted that this is an issue on the theme creators’ side.This is the URL of our site:

We suggest you remove that tour request form and only use the only one request form which is beside the book button ( you can find the reference on the image below ).
