I’m Trying to Activate Theme License – but when I follow your step-by-step instructions, on step 1, I’m not able to click on “View Licenses” and then “Manage Sites” – the “View License” doesn’t take me anywhere and I am not provided a “Manage Sites” option.
Please advise.
I had the Free version of the Business Park theme installed on my site, but in order to customize more, I’ve bought the upgrade, but now I can’t activate it.
You can view your License Key in your My Account dashboard at Theme Palace.
We would like to reconfirm if you have check this tutorial for license activation or not ?

Also, you can get the license detail in your email inbox ‘Thank You’ message.
Make sure you also upload the purchased theme .zip file and activate it in your current site setup. This will only then show you the License Menu in your dashboard.
