I have been trying to import demo files manually through the plugin “Catch Themes Demo Import”. It is showing “Importing, please wait” for more than 1 hour but nothing is imported. Can you please help?

Regarding your query, click Demo Plugins are high recommended Plugins in this theme. One-Click Demo Import is recommended for demo import of this theme. To import the dummy demo data:
1. First Install One Click Demo Import Plugin and active this plugin.
2. Download the demo content file form documentation page.
3. Then go to Dashboard-> Appearance -> Import Demo Data
4. Then click Import demo data button manually.Here is the screenshot that can help you guide to one-click demo import.
From the zip file of the demo, you can import the demo content manually.
Here are the XML, dat and wie files. Import each file separately following the path Appearance > Import Demo Data.
