I have purchased the University Hub Pro theme, and when I tried to activate the theme, the license keys didn’t work; all said unknown. Please advise me on how to activate the template.

Thank you for your help. When I logged in to my https://themepalace.com/ account, the license was still active, but when I tried to activate the theme on the admin dashboard of the site, it said the license status was unknown.
