    I currently use version 1.2 of flat commerce pro. If I upgrade to version 1.5 will I lose all my settings and custom CSS and additional CSS?

    Hello @erniepope,

    If you have directly modify the theme file then you will lose the settings when upgarding to next version .

    But if you have made all the changes through the additional CSS then you wont lose any change you have made in the theme .

    Hope this clears up the confusion.

    I tried doing the update from 1.2 to 1.5 within WordPress and get a failure too many redirects.

    The message says:

    “Updating Flat Commerce Pro (1/1)

    Downloading update fromhttp://themepalace.com/edd-
    sl/package_download/MTQ following by a long string of characters

    An error occurred while updating Plat Commerce Pro: Download failed. Too many redirects”

    How to I overcome this problem?

    You can directly download zip file of the latest version from your account and try to upload the file .
