I just purchased WEN Travel Pro. When I go to install the theme per your instructions on my WordPress site, it states “Incompatible Archive.”
Any recommendations?

Could you please extract the theme file and check the folder structure?
is it like
wen-travel-pro.5.2.3 >> wen-travel-pro >> theme files ( this is a valid folder structure )
or,
wen-travel-pro.5.2.3 >> wen-travel-pro >> wen-travel-pro >>theme filessometimes a browser wraps downloaded files with multiple folders, which causes an error while uploading the theme files
When I extract the files, I get the valid folder structure:
wen-travel-pro.5.2.3.zip >> wen-travel-pro >> theme files
I have tried a variety of troubleshooting events and these do NOT work either:
1. Used a different computer (MAC vs. PC)
2. Used different browsers (Chrome, Safari)Please let me know any other ideas. Otherwise I may require a refund.

For now, we have updated the theme, please login to your Theme Palace account and download the download latest zip from the account page https://themepalace.com/my-account/ and upload it to your site
