Hello,
I bought the construction base pro template and installed it on my website, all right, however there are sections that are not possible to edit from the wp-admin, they tell me that for that I need to import the XML file so that the site looks exactly equal to the demo pro and can edit it without problems.
For previous purchases of templates in other sites they sent me an XML file to import it and at that moment I had no problems working with the template.

And for your information we do not have the demo file bundled within the theme.
But we do have theme official documentation that will guide you to set up your site as in the demo.

Thank you very much for the support, I was able to configure almost the whole site, I only have one question in the contact section, it shows this in the demo:
[contact-form-7 id = "202" title = "Contact form 1"]
It’s a mistake? How could I do to put a correct contact form for this template.

Glad we could help you.
As for the contact form that is displayed in the demo is set up by pasting the code from COntact form 7 and its not a mistake.
So you can also place your desired contact form by pasting the shortcode that you derive from the plugin.
