    Thanks for responding, Psink.

    I’m not sure I explained myself well enough: it’s nothing to do with the logo. The template has the option to add text and a button with a link to the header.
    This is at the bottom of the Customize > Header section:

    screenshot-header

    I would like to be able to have a different text and link in different languages. I thought I could do with the code in the xml file like I showed you in my first message, as that worked for the header image, but it doesn’t work for the header media url or header media url text.

    (The link to the awesomescreenshot website you’ve sent me is a blank page for me.)

    Thanks!

    I think the post is awaiting moderation because I put in an image: a screenshot of the section in Customize.

    Thank you very much!

    So far, it seems to have worked everywhere I needed it to.

    The all uppercase letters in the menu was how I dealt with the grammatically incorrect automatic capital letters. So far, it seems that the customization code you gave me was sufficiently general.

    Thanks again!

    Thank you for the code. That did help with one part of the menu. The main navigation. However, the automatic capital letters remain in the top header menu, and the menu items which are under the main ones (as in, Služby -> Výuka Online). The same goes for the link to the privacy policy at the bottom of the page.

    And now I’ve noticed that this happens in the description of the website as well.

    Is there a code that I could put in the CSS that would prevent ALL text transformation everywhere, not just in the links? Or could you direct me to where I can find out what the various parts of the page are called in the code, I assume the bit with {
    text-transform: none;
    } stays the same.

    Thanks!

    Here’s my site. Right now, you will see all links in all capital letters. Which is how I chose to temporarily deal with the automatic initial capitals because they looked really awful in Czech.

    Thanks!

    Hi Psink,

    thank you for replying so fast.
    However, I’m not sure increasing excerpt wordcount will work for what I want to do: embed images from my Instagram account in separate posts.
    It won’t look very nice to have a “Word of the Day” category display Head – Title – [embeded image from instagram]. Installing an instagram feed plug-in would probably let me display full images, but it wouldn’t let me sort the different instagram posts into categories.

    Is there a way to customize the theme to display the content of the post instead of the excerpt?

    Thank you!
    Christine
