    the posted info sometimes depends upon your template.
    Try opening one of your posts or pages to edit – look upper right of screen for ‘screen options’ there you can select items to show at bottom of editing page section and you can check or not check options to show on pages when displayed.
    You may have to search for a plugin to disable from showing.

    Could you point me to the code to disable the ‘donate now’ button?

    Yes, that helps –
    I want to purchase the Charitize Pro – but I need to either know how to remove the “Donate Now” button, or at least rename it to “Contact Us” and redirect to contact page.
