Thanks, some pages that are showing the borders around images are:

In each of these, there are grey borders around the images and I don’t see a way to remove them. I don’t see the borders when I’m editing the pages, but they appear when I view the pages.

Thanks, the problem seems to have resolved itself over the past day and the submenus are working across all browsers.

An update: this seems to be an issue with Microsoft Edge. It works OK with Chrome and Firefox.

I found the source of my issue: it was a plugin that was interfering with my editing functions. After disabling it, I’m able to edit again.
