Thank you for getting back to us, but I think I’m maybe we’re being clear in my question. 🙁
The link should NOT appear in the primary menu. We only want to change the URL (edit the Permalink) for the headlines so that they link to this page: https://crdcstaging.wpengine.com/tp-course/northern-ireland/
instead of where it goes now: https://crdcstaging.wpengine.com/blog/2018/07/24/https-crdcstaging-wpengine-com-tp-course-northern-ireland/Does that make sense?
There are four headlines, so the Ireland course is one example.

Thank you for the quick response. I have four separate headlines that are not found on the main menu, so I am still unsure how to link them. The headlines do not appear on the menu. I understand I will have to make the whole thing from scratch, but when I do that – it is adding the new themes to the actual Team page (why does it say archived?). How can I create a separate page with the same template (without combining them)?

Last question: how can I add a bulk of photos to the categories without having to create a page for each picture? I have pictures added under it right now, but they aren’t showing up. Here is a link to the page:

Last question: How do I add the categories of pictures? In the customization bar, it reads “None” and “Uncategorized.” I need to add a category for each batch of pictures. I’m having trouble to link it to the page.
