    I am so unhappy with education hub pro. It does not offer flexibility to use my own slider.
    The current slider that came in with the template is buggy and buttons do not work properly. I tried to reset the theme many times. I cannot even use my own slider with shortcode.

    I asked if the university hub pro offers such feature but you are not helpful enough.
    If you cannot help me or refund money, I will put up a very bad review on the theme with WorldPress Themes and dispute charge too.

    You should offer me a Pro theme that offers the features that I want.

    I purchased the education pro theme in on November 10, but I like the University theme.
    Is it possible to exchange license to University theme? They seem to be same price $49

    Last, I was wonder about the expiration date. Does the expiry date mean that I have to pay $49 a year to keep the theme, updates, or support after that date?

    Last, I would like to add shortcode of a different slider in the theme. I did not have the option in education theme. Do you have this option in the university theme?

    PS. Twenty seventeen theme allows shortcode sliders and works well. Are you themes going to include this feature.
