If I reinstall the theme, will I lose all of my customization?

thank you for your fast response with you easy step by step instruction
The only issue I’m having is my social media links. the icons and links only appear when the is also a link in the header. As soon as i remove that link, the other icon and link vanishes

how do i remove the demo phone number and email?

how do i make the index page look like the demo (the round image with the hand and 3 text boxes around it?
