ParticipantHi, the instructions you’ve given are ok to follow if your purchases are visible but that’s the point, as we mentioned in our message. My account-page only says this:

EDIT PROFILE
LOG OUT
You have not made any purchasesYou have not purchased any downloads
**In my e-mail I do have the confirmation of the purchase (Signify Pro) and on my Creditcard I can see a reservation of the amount (28th of october).
Hope you have another solution, thanks in advance!

ParticipantThis forum does not seem to have an option to upload a screenshot. My account page in themepalace is not showing any licence. It just says:
You have not made any purchases
You have not purchased any downloads
I did buy the theme and even received the receipt. Don’t know why it is not showing up in my account page. All the steps described above seem possible after i can actually see the theme in my account page.

ParticipantHaving the same problem here. paid for signify pro but there is no license appearing in my dashboard.
