Hi WEN solutions.. I posted two questions in Clean Corporate Pro 4days ago and wonder if you could give me an idea of when you will be answering them? I thought perhaps support was no longer available, so I did a search of the themes and see that yes, there still is support.
I am concerned because typically I get a response in 24 hours, but like I said it’s now been 4days..
Looking forward to your reply.lindajeParticipantThankyou for your prompt reply. The site title and tag line are correct in the general settings. What I need to change is the Favicon and site title as they appear in the tabs of the navigation bar.Currently that displays as ‘ Tracy Lynn music 2017’ and has a Favicon, which I also need to change.

ed this under the wrong theme. Should have been clean corporate pro,I’ve reposted there.
I apologize..lindajeParticipantIt’s OK. I added it again and it is now working.
Thanks
LlindajeParticipantThe link, sorry:
http://www.designsewlutions.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Screen-Shot-2018-02-05-at-9.13.48-PM.pngI added the link via the link button in the nav bar in this reply, but it doesn’t keep that. In this one I’ve added the link as a copy from the actual site.
As you can see, I put the code into the CSS editor, per instructions, but it isn’t removing the header when viewing posts. Thanks for the help
lindajeParticipantlindajeParticipantI did add the CSS you gave me, but the header image and nav bar still appear when linking to the post or clicking on it to read. As in the link I gave you. That’s the problem. The addition to the CSS didn’t work.
lindajeParticipantThank you for your relply, but I probably didn’t ask the right question.
I have a header image with the site title acoss the top of the page, beneath that is the navigation bar. Beneath that are the most current posts. If I click on one of those posts– in order to read it all– the page refreshes and the large header image is still there, navigation bar underneath with the post underneath that. What I’m trying to get to is when a reader clicks onto the post, or is directed to the post via a link, they don’t see the header block and the navigation bar, only the post.
I hope that clarifies things.
Here is a link to a post so you can see what I mean..

You people have the BEST service of any website I’ve ever dealt with.

I changed the jetpack switch but how do I check that? Once I select the full site on my phone, I don’t see the mobile version any more so I can’t check that it has in fact worked. ( I do trust your answer, I just like to check.)Thanks again
January 10, 2018 at 10:39 am in reply to: Force a return in the site tagline on identity to keep the title and tag line bo #62916lindajeParticipantNo. I haven’t used the Pages widget anywhere. Widgets I’ve used:Blogism: CTA, Latest post, Recent Posts, Categories, Featured Page, Facebook
The website is designsewlutions.ca, if that helps.
ThanksJanuary 10, 2018 at 12:22 am in reply to: Force a return in the site tagline on identity to keep the title and tag line bo #62849lindajeParticipantThank you. That worked just fine.
LindaOne more question… on a mobile phone, hitting ‘Home’ produces a list of all the pages in the dashboard. If someone scrolls all the way down to the bottom of the mobile screen, there is an option to show the whole site, or something like that, sorry I don’t have my phone handy. If that is invoked, the website shows up perfectly on the phone. Is there a way to make that the default for mobile viewing, and any way to remove the list of all the pages when the reader hits ‘home.’…
‘Home’ page is actually a page with information about the business, I don’t know where the list of all the pages is coming from.
Thanks
LindalindajeParticipantThankyou. when I enter the RSS link into the nav bar I get a page of code, not the website page.
I want the RSS link to show posts, any idea how I can make this happen?
Thank you
lindajeParticipantThank you. I don’t have a child theme and I won’t mess in the editor. Ever. But thanks for the information. I hope you consider putting this into any new releases of this theme; it’s rather important that the information displayed be changeable without having to do a lot of work with the categories.
I’d suggest a ‘switch’ or something the user can choose ‘select random posts’ or ‘show the posts in reverse date order, latest first’..
