One final thing, for the time being at least: How do I make the heaader-image longer, so that it stretches across to fill a large computer screen? If this can be done free and easy, you’ve kept me as a customer.

That’s downright appalling considering I’ve paid for this theme. If this is the case, you need to refund my money and I’ll find another theme with these very basic functions that are on numerous totally free blog themes.

I have subsequently read on another forum-thread that you don’t have the menu scroll-down capacity for mobiles too – which I (and everyone who use the internet) is seen as a basic function/necessity. How on earth can anyone that describe themselves as a theme developer NOT have such basic ingredients built-in?

You should inform your potential customers that your theme/s lack quite basic functions, so they aren’t wasting their time trying to get something to work that is not part of the package. I’m not happy with this at all.

In the event that this issue cannot be resolved easily (and without further costs), this has to be seen as deliberately mis-selling a product. As such, you will have to refund my payment, as the product I have paid for is not fit for purpose.
