I had already added that CSS code. I need code to show the same thin outline and box shadow as the SUBSCRIBE button further down on the same page.

It’s not centered vertically in the header. It has more space above than below the logo. How can I make it the same space so it sits right in the center?

I want the newsletter signup on the contact page. So do I need go to ‘Customizing > Page Templates
> Contact Page’ and paste it in the ‘Contact Form Shortcode’ field ?I don’t understand how I tell it where on the page it should show up.
