Hello There

Can you please check your theme version, if it is not the latest version please update it to the latest version which is 1.1, and also update signify to the latest version 1.3.0.

And check if video shows on both mobile and pc

I guess a third party plugin is causing this, can you please disable all the plugins except for the WooCommerce and check the color

Or did you add any additional css in the theme ?

In this case, your data will remain the same (Your page post will not be lost). But you have to work on customizing the theme since the free version and pro version both are totally different in the case of naming
