hello, can you recheck by deactivating all the plugins excepts for the recommended one? The menu is working all fine on our demo site, maybe a plugin is responsible for this issue

Actually its a png images, there is a settings inside the theme to change that welcome text png images.
Path for that setting – Go to admin panel >> appearance >> customize >> homepage sections >> slider section, there you will get the setting
If you like to remove it, please add this CSS in the Additional CSS
section#main-slider img { display: none; }I have check the font, I guess we can’t make it thinner because it is the minimum default size of that font
