On the Home page:

the only way for me to have an image as the header (i.e. where the 4th of July parade photo is)
is to have the Enable Call To Action Section box checked and the page referenced has to have a featured image.

On every other page in the site, I can have the Header Image randomized with multiple images. I would like the same random Header Image feature to work on the home page and get rid of the call to action. I don’t need nor want the call to action on the home page since I have it in the menu on the top of every page.
